If you don’t already have an editorial calendar, set yours up. Here is a template of the calendar I use to manage the Crazy Egg blog.

Download the template and save a copy. I would make a second copy and change the name to “YEAR Editorial Calendar.” This spreadsheet then becomes your working document as you plan and track your content. Generally, in December, I begin using the next year’s calendar—I’m planning January’s articles 4 weeks in advance.
