Done-for-You Book Writing Services
Time to Complete: Generally, it takes several months to write a book. Rush jobs are sometimes possible, but taking our time often results in a higher quality book.
Process: The project will start with a meeting to discuss your ideas and what you want to share. We can iron out the details of the project then, including a schedule for getting everything done.
To be clear, the material in the book comes from you. I’ll collect your ideas via one or more “brain-dump sessions.” I review the source material you provide. Then I apply all my writing skills to tell your story or teach your concepts in the best way possible.
Step 1 will be to produce an outline. I’ll submit it for your approval. Once I have your approval, the writing will begin.
Step 2 is the writing of the book. I’ll work largely on my own, but we’ll meet periodically for me to collect your ideas and review what’s been done to that point. These meetings may be done on live chats or you may send me a video with your ideas. I’ll take your input, shape it and massage it to tell your story, and we’ll work together to polish it into your finished course or book.
Step 3 is the production of your book, and you may do this on your own, or you may choose the complete done-for-you book service, and have my publishing house, Ten Mile Press, produce the book for you.
Byline: The book will be authored by “Your Name with Kathryn Aragon.” This communicates that the ideas and material are yours, but the writing was done by me.
Payment: Half of the project fee will be paid in advance. The rest will be invoiced upon completion of the project. The project fee depends on the scope of your project and the timeline for completion.
Done-for-You Course Writing Services

As with book writing, the course material is yours. I’ll collect your ideas via one or more “brain-dump sessions.” I review the source material you provide. Then I apply all my writing skills to tell your story or teach your concepts in the best way possible.
Step 1 will be to produce an outline of the course. I’ll submit it for your approval, and once received, the script writing will begin.
Step 2 is the writing of the course. I’ll draft the modules, lessons, and exercises to clearly teach your material in whatever format you’ll be delivering it.
Step 3 is the production of the course. If you want me to record the lessons, I’ll do that. Otherwise, I’ll give you the script and you can produce the videos and build your course. Ultimately, it’s up to you. We’ll develop a plan that’s right for you.
